In awe of aubergines

ABK Farm brought in impressive varieties of aubergines – also known as eggplant – to Rafisah Dam in scenic Khorfakkan. From classic purple to pearly white and ebony hued, the vegetable is used in cuisine at every corner of the world, including baba Ganoush in the GCC.

Other displays included fresh melons, crisp, hydroponically-grown lettuce, organic white mushrooms and pure, unprocessed honey.
